West Maui is currently recovering from a catastrophic loss of property and life. Our condolences go out to the families who have lost loved ones, their homes, or their businesses. The Lahaina fires have created an unprecedented situation for both residents and visitors.
As a business, we have a fiduciary obligation to the owners whose property we manage and will continue to assist them in making decisions in these difficult circumstances. As the recovery process stabilizes, we will continue to work to address cancellations and concerns.
We encourage guests who will not be traveling to Maui to consider donating their reservation to families in need. There are hundreds of families left homeless, and not enough shelters at this time. It is important to remember that AA Ocean Front offers travel insurance on all reservations and prospective clients have the option to purchase it no less than four times during the booking process. Please contact your travel insurer or check with your credit card company for any reimbursements they may offer.
We are working with our owner clients for permission to fill any vacancies with those most in need. That includes those who have lost their homes, first responders, medical personnel, and support staff. Some property owners have already graciously offered their units at no cost, and others are allowing use at reasonable rates. This is the true spirit of Aloha.
We are committed to working to resolve any concerns of tenants, owners, and those whose travel has been impacted. We ask for patience as we all work through this tragic and historic event.

From the minute you walk in, the view is spectacular. The grounds and gardens are just beautiful. The house is well laid out for families to enjoy each other and have some alone time. All 3 bedrooms of the main house have an outdoor shower and there are 2 laundry rooms. The management company is very responsive to emails and phone calls. One little issue that was kind of comical is that the master bath was built for very tall people. I’m 5’3” and the vanity came midway up to my chest and the stackable washer/dryer I couldn’t reach the top controls. I just used the other laundry. Pool was too cold for anyone to use. I should have paid the extra to heat it. The place is like a resort in itself with a view you never tire of.”
